Ingredients:
- 2 boneless pork chops;
- salt and pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter;
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oven to 230 °C.
- Brush the pork chops with peanut butter and season the front, back and sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Gradually heat a cast iron skillet on the stove to medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 1-1½ minutes on each side.
- Remove from the heat and bake in the oven for 4-6 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
