Our cast iron products are made from the highest quality ingredients, including recycled iron and steel, creating lasting classics.
The raw material is melted in the furnace, then poured into a special container.

 

Once the metal has cooled, our skilled craftsmen separate the individual sand molds to reveal the newly cast piece. Each product is completely unique as the mold breaks down after each use. The sand is used again and again to create thousands of pieces.

 

The preparation of rich pigments for our products is carried out with the utmost precision to ensure consistency.
The pieces are sprayed with a minimum of two coats of enamel, which, while adding color, protect them inside and out. They then move down the production line for hand finishing.

 

Finally, the finished pieces are hand inspected and tested by our craftsmen who are responsible for checking every curve and detail. Every Hosse product is tested for safety to the highest standards.
