Grilled lobster tails with lemon and garlic butter​​​​​​

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter;
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 4 lobster tails, split in half;
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced;
  • 1 lemon, cut into circles (optional);

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and mix. Remove from heat.
  2. Heat a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Brush the lobster tails with the garlic oil. Cook cut side down for 2-3 minutes. Turn the tails over and baste again with the garlic oil.
  3. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Add lemon wedges if desired. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
